Du Zhong Bu Yao Tang
Today my dad & my mum come and visit me...i decided to cook a Du Zhong Tang for them.
Ingredients:
Ping Tail or Meet 300g
Du Zhong Si 15g
Ji Zhi 15g
Da Wu Dou 60g
Huai Shan 20g
Ba Ji Tian 10g
Direction: Add 300g pig tail or meet , Ingredients into 1.5 litre of boiling water. Cook for 2 - 3 hours low heat. Add salt to taste and sever.
