Minced Pork With Egg Doufu
Ingredients:
2 Piece Of Egg Doufu
100g Minced Pork
2 Eggs
2 Stalk Of Spring Onion, chopped
1 Onion, cut into wedges
Methods:
1. Wash and cut the Egg doufu into big cubes.
2. Preheat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and pan-fry the egg doufu until golden brown on all sides.
3. Next add in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and add in onion wedges until fragrant then add in the mince meat.
4. When the meat is almost done, add in the egg.
5. Fry the eggs till well combined then add in the fried doufu and seasoning sauce.
6. Add in some water then bring it to boil and simmer for 1 minutes, remove from heat and stir through the spring onion.
