Strawberries 500g
Lemon Juice 4 tbsps
Sugar 10 tbsps
English Tea 5 Cups
Ice Cubes 2 Cups
Method:
1) Wash strawberries. Dice finely. Put lemon juice and sugar in a pot. Cook strawberries in the syrup over low heat until musty and purred. Remove from heat and let cod.
2) Mix strawberries puree with tea.
3) Add ice cubes before serving
