Method
Step 1: Pork - 'karp sum' (semi fatty), cut into bite size.
Step 2: Marinade w/pepper, dash of light soya sauce 2 hrs. before frying.
Step 3: Sauce - Ketchup, sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch, water. mix well in bowl to taste.
Step 4: Brown onions and add sauce. return fried meat. stir well. serve.
