CNY Decoration For My Kitchen
I bought this CNY decoration for my fridge,i going to paste on my fridge on the CNY eve...hope my fridge will be just like the character.."Always full" for the whole of 鼠年 2008 :)

Pineapple Tarts 黄梨酥
Ingredients A:
200g butter
40g icing sugar
Ingredients B:
1egg yolk
¼ tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients C: (sifted)
300g plain flour
25g custard powder
½tsp salt
1kg pineapple jam (divide into small part and form into balls)
2 egg yolks (beaten, for glazing)
Method:
1. Mix Ingredients A till creamy
2. Add in Ingredients B and mix well
3. Fold in Ingredients C and mix to form a dough.
4. Leave aside for 20 mins
5. Form small ball with the dough and fill a pineapple filling inside
and seal up, glaze with beaten egg yolk
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 20 mins till golden
browm. Remove from oven. Cool completely before storing

Wow...this is my first time seeing Dolsot bibimbap (돌솥비빔밥) at foodcourt. Immediately we bought 2 sets to try! Taste good...Yummy Yummy~~~~
Btw it was found at Central Mall Foodcourt.

Mini Choc Chips CupCakes
Ingredient
100g butter
60g sugar
2 eggs
100g self-raising flour
50g choc chips
Method
1. Melt butter then add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves
2. Add eggs and beat till well blended
3. Gently fold in sifted flour into butter/sugar/egg mixture till well combined
4. Add choc chips
5. Pour batter into small cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20mins or till the top turns slight golden brown
6. Remove mini cupcakes from the oven and take them out of the tray immediately and leave it to cool
