Ingredients For Soup:
1 Whole Frog(田鸡)
1/2 Tablespoon Gou Qizi(枸杞子)
1-2 Piece of Dang Shen(当参)
500ml - 600ml Boiling Water
Methods For Soup:Put the Frog(田鸡)in boiling water,add in Gou Qizi(枸杞子)and Dang Shen(当参)boiled over a low heat for about 1 hours.
Ingredients For Porridge:
1 Small Celery, cut into small piece
1 Small Carrot, cut into small piece
1 Small Doufu, cut into small piece
Rice
Methods For Porridge:Frog(田鸡)Soup + Rice boiled over low heat for about 1/2 hours add in the Cherry,Carrot,Doufu boiled over low heat for another 1/2 hours.
