200g of Green Prawn
1/2 of Yellow, Green and Red Bell Pepper
1/2 of Broccoli

Ingerdients:

500g Chicken
8-10 Slices Of Ginger, (thinly shredded)
3-4 Slices OF Spring Onion

Seasoning (mix well)
Rice wine : 100g
Light soya sauce : 20g
Sugar : 30g
Dark soya sauce : ½ tsp
Black vinegar : 1 tsp
Sesame Oil : ½ tsp
Oyster Sause : ½ tsp

Minced Pork With Egg Doufu

Ingredients:

2 Piece Of Egg Doufu
100g Minced Pork
2 Eggs
2 Stalk Of Spring Onion, chopped
1 Onion, cut into wedges

Methods:

1. Wash and cut the Egg doufu into big cubes.
2. Preheat the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and pan-fry the egg doufu until golden brown on all sides.
3. Next add in the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and add in onion wedges until fragrant then add in the mince meat.
4. When the meat is almost done, add in the egg.
5. Fry the eggs till well combined then add in the fried doufu and seasoning sauce.
6. Add in some water then bring it to boil and simmer for 1 minutes, remove from heat and stir through the spring onion.

苦瓜萝卜排骨汤

Today, we are going to have this 苦瓜排骨汤 for our dinner.

Ingredients:

250g Pork Ribs,排骨
1 Small Bitter Gourd,苦瓜
1 Small Carrot,红萝卜
4-5 Red Dates,红枣
1 Tablespoon Gou Qizi,枸杞子
2 Slices Ginger,老姜


Methods

1. Wash and blanch pork ribs in boiling water, and then remove them from the water.

2. Wash and cut the bitter gourd into 1" thick rings and rub the flesh with some salt to reduce it's bitter taste.

3. Wash and cut the carrot into 1" thick rings too.

4. Bring a pot of water over high heat, add the Bitter gourd, Carrot, Red Dates, Gou Qiziand, Ginger into the pot bring to boil for 10 minutes over medium heat

5. Add in the pork ribs then continue to simmer over low heat for 30 - 45 minutes, season with some salt and serve.

Sweet & Sour Mini Hotdog

I got this toddler meal recipe from Ellena's blogspot.

This toddler meal look so colourful... So i decided to cook for my little princess. Ellana's used frozen mixed vegetable to made the dish look colourful... but my little princess dun like frozen mixed vegetable. So i change the ingredients to Green, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers to make the dish look colourful and i also change the Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Pork Sauce to Tomato Sauce. Hope my little princess will LOVE it...



Ingredients: (serves 3)

10 - 12 Mini Hot dog
1 Medium Potato, cut into cubes
1/2 Green Bell Peppers , cut into cubes
1/2 Red Bell Peppers , cut into cubes
1/2 Yellow Bell Peppers , cut into cubes
1 Small Red Onion, cut into wedges
1 Small Tomato, cut into wedges
2 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
2 Teaspoon of sugar (Make the Tomato Sauce and sugar together)

Methods:

1. Pan-fry the potato cubes until golden brown, dish up and set aside.
2. Use the remaining oil to grill the hot dog until cook through and remove.
3. Saute the onion wedges with 1 teaspoon of oil until fragrant then add in the Green, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers and stir-fry for 1 minutes then add in the packet of Tomato Sauce then give it a quick stir.
4. Next add in the hot dog, potato cubes and tomato wedges and stir it till well combine.

苦瓜排骨

Today i decided to cook the 苦瓜排骨 for my hubby... because he love to eat 苦瓜. I uesed about 300g pork ribs and a small bitter gourd to cook this dish.
I also used 2 teaspoon of sweet soybean paste and 1 teaspoon for sambal chillies for the taste which go so well with the bean paste.
I love everything about this dish, especially the cooking part, it is so easy. Even better is I can get it cooked earlier in the day and just warm it up to serve for dinner. It actually taste better that way too. keekee~~~~
