Sambal Lady's Fingers

Ingredients:

8 to 10 Lady's Fingers, cut into slices
2 Onion, cut into small pieces
3 tbsp of Sambal (Can bought it from NTUC)
2 tbsp of oil


Method:

Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry the onion, add in the Lady's Fingers and Sambal, and let the Sambal mix well with the Lady's Fingers and onion.

Method

1) Add some cold water to make to sauce. Spread the sauce evenly over chicken piecee, place in fride to season for one to two hours.

(田鸡) Frog & Celery Porridge (For Baby)

Ingredients For Soup:
1 Whole Frog(田鸡)
1/2 Tablespoon Gou Qizi(枸杞子)
1-2 Piece of Dang Shen(当参)
500ml - 600ml Boiling Water

Methods For Soup:Put the Frog(田鸡)in boiling water,add in Gou Qizi(枸杞子)and Dang Shen(当参)boiled over a low heat for about 1 hours.

Ingredients For Porridge:
1 Small Celery, cut into small piece
1 Small Carrot, cut into small piece
1 Small Doufu, cut into small piece
Rice

Methods For Porridge:Frog(田鸡)Soup + Rice boiled over low heat for about 1/2 hours add in the Cherry,Carrot,Doufu boiled over low heat for another 1/2 hours.

Ingredient:
1~ Green kiwi fruit
1~ Yellow kiwi fruit
1~ Red Apple
1~ Tomato

Huai Shan Cream Soup

Ingredients:
1 Piece Of Huai Shan(淮山) about 50g
4-6 Water Chestnuts(马蹄)
1 Packet of Golden Needle Mushroom
1 Hotdog or Ham
400ml of Frozen Mixed Veggies

Sauce:
1 Teaspoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 cup of Water
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon Salt or to taste


Methods:
Cook the butter & flour until smooth add in 400ml of water cook for 2 minutes until smooth, add in at Huai Shan(淮山),Water Chestnuts(马蹄),Golden Needle Mushroom,hotdog or Ham and Frozen Mixed Veggies cook for 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and salt. Can serve together with Onion bread.

Sweet & Sour Pork

Ingredient

Pork - 'karp sum' (semi fatty), cut into bite size
1 Onions


Method

Step 1: Pork - 'karp sum' (semi fatty), cut into bite size.

Step 2: Marinade w/pepper, dash of light soya sauce 2 hrs. before frying.

Step 3: Sauce - Ketchup, sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch, water. mix well in bowl to taste.

Step 4: Brown onions and add sauce. return fried meat. stir well. serve.

Green Pepper Salmon Fish Head

Ingredient

1 ~ Salmon Fish Head
1 ~ Green Pepper
1 ~ tomato
2 ~ Garlic
1 ~ spoonful of bean paste


Method

Step 1 : Coat the salmon fish head with potato starch.
Step 2 : Fried the fish head in hot oil.



Step 3 : Stir-fry the Garlic & bean paste
Step 4 : Add in the 1/2 cup of water in the bean paste put in the fish head when the sauce boils.
Step 5 : Add in the Green Pepper & tomato to the bean paste. Then simmer.
